TITANIUM Fasteners

Titanium Fasteners - a product of the future.

Titanium fasteners are unique: using the unique charasteristics of titanium alloys, they have extraordinary corrosion resistance, high tensile strength, low weight and non-magnetic properties.
They find application in aerospace, chemical, defence, robotics, nuclear, marine, petrochemical, racing car and bike bodies and engines, anodising and medical equipment industries.

Get the Titanium Advantage v/s Stainless Steel
- Lightweight; Weighs half of stainless steel.
- Non Magnetic; Extremely low magnetism
- Non Toxic: Safe for the humann body
- Superior corrosion resistance; Excellent resistance to acid-base.

Titanium Alloys available in ready stock:

- Ti-Grade2 Commercially Pure C.P.
This grade of titanium has the highest grade of corrosion resistance. It is used in a broad range of corrosive environments such as salt water, acids, alkalis, and other industrial chemicals.

- Ti-Grade5Ti 6AI-4V
This grade is among the most common grades of titanium. While not as corrosive resistant as the CP grade, it does offer good corrosive resistance. It offers a higher tensile strength compared to the CP grade.

TITANIUM: STRONGER THAN STEEL, LIGHTER IN WEIGHT.

The titanium fasteners weigh about 60% vis-a-vis stainless steel and have excellent resistance for acid and alkali, as well as low temperature, non-toxicity, and many more advantages.

The CP Grade2 Titanium bolts have high resistance to corrosion and are used extensively due to its durability.

Titanium bolts are also unique in the chemical processing industry for handling Chlorine (wet) and chlorine compounds in aqueous solutions. These bolts are fully resistant to solutions of chlorides, hypochlorites, chlorates, perchlorates and chlorine dioxide. As a result titanium bolts are often using within the chlorine related industries such as pulp and paper and chlor-alkali / bleach.

These bolts provide an excellent solution to prevent seawater corrosion. Because titanium bolts can resist corrosion by seawater up to temperatures as high as 500°F (260°C) as well as survive at ocean depths over a mile below the surface, they are used throughout the oil & gas, desalination and marine industries.

Our range extends from M3 to M16 up to 150mm length.
